Nowhere is the 'less-is-more' winemaking approach more apparent than in this Chardonnay which happens to be my favourite wine from 2023. Fermented and aged in stainless steel it has charged, almost electric acidity making it an amazing wine with raw seafood and salads. Despite the cooler weather it also has soft citrus and green apple fruit notes and a generous richness from time spent on lees.
