Inspired by the classic Las Vegas cocktail, the Negroni Svegliato (a pun on the more well known, and meme-worthy sbagliato) Café Negroni is a coffee-forward hand-blended cocktail that features Known Unknown Coffee Vermouth which is made with coffee from local roastery Proof & Stock and also features local gin from Juno (a portion of which is barrel aged) and a wine-based Italian bitter aperitif. It is smooth and rich with soft red fruit, focused bitterness and intense coffee notes. Café Negroni is a wake-me-up, best enjoyed over ice mid-afternoon or to facilitate a second wind later in the evening. 

Café Negroni is 25% ABV with each 200ml bottle containing 4 standard drinks.
