The third of our Autumn releases is the super-fun, super-wild BLANK FRANK. Named for the two varieties used, Cabernet Franc from maraekakaho and Pinot Blanc from Eskdale these are varieties that don't really have any place being together. That said, we ran out of tanks so threw them together to co-ferment before being pressed into one of our 250l egg fermenters to integrate. It's bright pink with wild, earthy fruit; crunchy acid and a hint of funk. It's an unconventional blend but we think it tastes great!

Crisp and dry, natural flavours of red apple and berry return. Super fine chalky tannins and plenty of acidity. A wine to enjoy with food or with a warm savoury starter.
