Spiderwebs was one of the very first wines we made and was a huge success so we decided to hide some away in tank and then i bottle… we just found a little bit left over so have rebranded it as Known Unknown. It is a wild rosé of Pinot and Sauvignon Blanc from Martinborough with nectarine and spice. It’s the perfect winter rosé.
